CONFIDENTIAL OFFICE
Design development to construction documents for high tech office space fitting with client's strong brand image. Preliminary lighting layout and decorative lighting selections. Prepared finish palettes for client presentation.
CITY TENANT IMPROVEMENT
Using work previously done in the building, drafted construction documents and collaborated with consultants to implement new building standards in a unique space. Independently completed site verification, and worked with designers to model and detail drawings.
MULTIFAMILY CLUBHOUSE
Drafted permit documents for renovation of an existing clubhouse amenity. Renovation included restrooms, upgrades to ADA compliance, and new kitchen within existing building. Created color and material scheme options for client presentation.
PAIR OF FIRE STATIONS
Assisted with construction documentation and construction administration for a pair of fire stations in the Seattle area. Implemented previously approved color and material schemes. Coordinated with architects and designers to execute drawings.
BALLARD HUB COWORKING
Collaborated with architects on lobbies for two SEDU buildings that join across an alley, with Co-Working spaces in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. Involved in research, space planning, and design of a flexible office space that can be reconfigured for future needs. Collaborating with in-house architects to coordinate MEP through tight restrictions driven by precise unit layouts. Created mood boards for client presentations, and drafted drawings.
REDONDO HEIGHTS
This affordable housing development in Federal Way required redesign of an existing community building to better serve the existing units, along with the design of an entirely new community building for 130 new units on newly acquired adjacent property. Worked closely with architects to coordinate renovation and new construction, drafting permit drawings and documenting exterior color and material selections.
BELLTOWN 36
Drafted construction documents, assisted in material and color selection, and detailing custom furnishing elements for amenity spaces. Mood boards for amenity spaces and several unit types in a 200 unit mixed-use building in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. Currently in construction documentation phase.
PEPSI BLOCKS
218 unit mixed-use building in Portland, anticipated groundbreaking in Fall 2021. Provided mood boards for amenities, common spaces, and a variety of unit types. Assisted in material and color selection and detailing for custom furnishing elements for amenity spaces.
