This project is the first I executed from paper to reality. It was done with the guidance of Professor Chris Pickart at the university of Tennessee.
The Sycamore family is a loving but dysfunctional group sharing their old Victorian home in New York City. They each have their own eccentricities and hobbies. The design takes on a typical rowhouse layout, with the hallway being both foyer and link to the upstairs, basement, and back of the house. The main room is spacious by necessity to fit the whole family, but has zones devoted to each family member's hobby.
